Every number is built from official sources: your race's own SIs, NOAA current predictions mapped fair-or-foul to your course, NWS forecasts read with the forecaster's discussion, live buoy checks, and your fleet's live rating list. RRS 41 restricts outside help while you're racing; a paper packet aboard before your prep signal complies with the rule as written. Some events add their own routing and outside-help clauses, so we read your SIs — and your packet says exactly what's legal aboard for your race.
